This is VERY helpful for aphasia treatment. I have been implementing SFA with several of my outpatients and found that SFA charts online are confusing for patients. The one included in this download is organized much better. I also appreciate the lists of suggested words to use for SFA. THANK YOU!

Thank you for the feedback, Kristin! 🙂

My patients love your SFA diagram. It’s very clear and organized. I have had caregivers request blank copies so that they can work on it as an acitivy with the patient. Thank you!

I love that idea for a home program! Keep up the great work!

I purchased this packet about a year ago and have used it regularly ever since. The two things I find the most valuable are the documentation examples (much clearer and functional descriptions than what I had been using) and the ideas for words to describe. The suggested items were far more varied and person-centered than the random objects I’d been using in order to do SFA. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the feedback Libbie! 🙂
